Check your sleep with Siri

Quick answer

"How did I sleep last night" and Siri reads your sleep summary from Health — time asleep and, on supported setups, stages. You need Sleep set up and to wear your Watch to bed for this to have data. Ask "how much sleep did I get this week" for a longer view.

Say this

How did I sleep last night

How it works

  1. 01Set up Sleep in the Health app and wear your Watch to bed
  2. 02Wake Siri and ask "how did I sleep last night"
  3. 03Try "how much sleep did I get this week"

Did this work for you?

If Siri doesn't get it

Sleep data needs a Sleep schedule and the Watch worn overnight with enough charge. If Siri reports nothing, confirm Sleep tracking is on.
