Acceptance

By accessing or using trysiri.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

Who can use the Site

You may use the Site if you can form a binding contract with us and are not barred from doing so under applicable law. To create an account or post a note, you must be at least 16 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your region).

What TrySiri is

TrySiri is a free, independent reference for what Apple's Siri can do across devices and software versions. It is informational. It is not professional, technical, legal, or other advice, and it is not an official Apple resource.

No affiliation with Apple

TrySiri is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. "Siri," "Apple," and related names and logos are trademarks of Apple Inc., used here for identification and commentary only.

Accuracy and "as is"

We test what we can and label pages Predicted, Verified, or Doesn't work. But Siri changes across versions, devices, and regions, and behavior varies, so we do not warrant that any tip, prompt, or instruction will work for you or be current, complete, or accurate. The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Don't rely on the Site as your only source for anything important; follow Apple's official guidance where it matters.

Your account

Some features let you sign in via Google, Apple, or an email link. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Notes and user content

The Site lets signed-in users post short "notes" about trying a prompt. You are solely responsible for content you post.

You agree not to post content that: is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, threatening, or abusive; is spam, advertising, or a link scheme; infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy; contains others' personal or confidential information; is false or misleading in a way that could cause harm; contains malware; or violates any law or third-party right.

License to us. You keep ownership of your content. By posting, you grant TrySiri a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt for formatting, and distribute your content on and in connection with the Site, for as long as the content is posted and a reasonable period afterward for backups and legal purposes.

Moderation. We may, but are not obligated to, review, edit, hide, or remove any content for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Notes may be automatically hidden after multiple user reports. We are not responsible for user content and do not endorse it.

Your deletions. You may delete your own notes at any time while signed in.

Acceptable use

Don't: disrupt or interfere with the Site or its security; access it by automated means or scrape it at scale; bypass rate limits, consent tools, or access controls; misrepresent your identity; or use the Site to violate any law or the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The Site's editorial content, design, branding, and the TrySiri name and logo are owned by TrySiri or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may link to and share pages. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from substantial portions of the Site without permission.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email Nnigma3@gmail.com with: identification of the work, the location of the material on the Site, your contact information, and a statement of good-faith belief and accuracy. We will respond to valid notices, including by removing infringing material and, where appropriate, terminating repeat infringers.

Advertising and third-party links

The Site shows ads and may link to third-party sites and services. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party content, ads, products, or practices, and a link or ad is not an endorsement. Your dealings with third parties are between you and them.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrySiri disclaims all warranties not expressly stated here, and does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that content is accurate or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrySiri and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or any content, even if advised of the possibility. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims relating to the Site is limited to USD 100. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrySiri and its operator from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Site, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site or your account at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including content license for posted content, IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) survive termination.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where applicable law gives you the right to your local courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll revise the "Last updated" date, and material changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the current version.

Miscellaneous

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and TrySiri regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
