Check your heart rate with Siri

Quick answer

"What's my heart rate" and Siri takes a fresh reading on your Apple Watch and reads the number aloud. Keep the watch snug and still for a moment while it measures. You can also ask "what was my resting heart rate today" to hear recorded data from the Health app.

Say this

What's my heart rate

How it works

  1. 01Raise your wrist or press the Digital Crown for Siri
  2. 02Ask "what's my heart rate"
  3. 03Hold still while the watch takes a reading

If Siri doesn't get it

If Siri can't get a reading, make sure the watch is snug, your wrist is still, and Wrist Detection is on in the Watch app.
