Turn off Siri Suggestions
Quick answer
Open Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri > Apps, or Settings > Siri Suggestions, to control where Siri offers suggestions — in Search, Look Up, the Lock Screen, and sharing. Turn off the ones you don't want. You can disable suggestions per app or across the board.
