Can Siri set a timer while another is already running?

Quick answer

Yes. Say "Hey Siri, set a 10-minute pasta timer" while another runs, and name each one so you can manage them separately: "how much time on the pasta timer?"

Say this

Hey Siri, set a 10-minute pasta timer

How it works

  1. 01Name each timer when you set it: "...a 5-minute tea timer."
  2. 02Ask "what are my timers?" to hear all running ones.
  3. 03Cancel a specific one: "cancel the pasta timer."
  4. 04Works on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and HomePod.

If Siri doesn't get it

If Siri replaces your existing timer instead of adding one, you likely didn't name them — give each timer a distinct label so Siri keeps them separate.
