Can Siri log my weight to Health?

Quick answer

Siri can't log your weight to Health with a plain command — there's no built-in voice entry for it. The reliable route is a Shortcut: create one with a Log Health Sample action for body weight, name it, and then "Hey Siri, log my weight" runs it and prompts for the number.

Say this

Log my weight

How it works

  1. 01In Shortcuts, add a Log Health Sample action for weight
  2. 02Name the shortcut something like "log my weight"
  3. 03Say "Hey Siri, [shortcut name]" to run it

If Siri doesn't get it

Without a Shortcut, enter weight manually in Health > Browse > Body Measurements. A connected smart scale can log it automatically.
