Delete your Siri history with Siri

Quick answer

"Delete my Siri history" and Siri removes the recent Siri and Dictation data tied to your device from Apple's servers. You can also do it in Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri > Siri & Dictation History > Delete. A quick privacy reset if you'd rather not keep that record.
